With their years of experience in the food department as managers of the fruit and vegetables department for the former Steinberg supermarket chain, famous then for its quality, Tom and Daniel Sarappa decide to open, in 1984, their greengrocer. Since that time, the owners make it a duty to provide their customers with fresh products of high quality, presented in places of extreme cleanliness.
Over the years, the Sarappa's brothers never ceased to adapt to the demands of their customers, emphasizing on the selection and excellence of the food.
